About me

My name is Alma and I´m Mexican. I have always had an interest in teaching my native language to foreigners. I just love conveying my pronunciation skills and grammatical knowledge, as well as my country´s culture to people that want to learn Spanish for business, academic or tourism purposes. I completed and attained a Diploma in Spanish Teaching as a foreign language at International House Mexico. My teaching approach involves inductive learning techniques whereby students participate in dynamic classes enabling them to autonomously discover the fundamentals of spoken and written Spanish. I provide the necessary material, you only have to be eager to learn! I would be glad to be your online Spanish teacher and help you to achieve your goals. Classes are online and last 60 minutes, however, depending on individual needs, my students and I can personalize the class duration and frequency in order to achieve their goals. Whether it be solely conversation or a grammar class, I am willing to adapt to your needs. All the classes are given in Spanish, however, if you feel more comfortable, we can communicate in English at the beginning.
