¡Hola! Soy Alejandro. Soy Magister en Procesos de Aprendizaje y Enseñanza de Segundas Lenguas de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) de Medellín - Colombia. Tengo más de 10 años de experiencia como profesor de lenguas. El primer objetivo que busco en mis clases es que puedas conectar el español con tu realidad y con tus emociones; también me interesa que puedas desarrollar tu Competencia Comunicativa Intercultural. Significa que aprenderás español y sobre diferentes culturas, mientras reflexionas sobre diversos aspectos de la vida, y desarrollas tus propios puntos de vista y opiniones comparando tu realidad y tu cultura con las demás. Para esto, preparo clases basadas en la conversación y en el diálogo alrededor de tus experiencias, gustos, opiniones e imaginación. Normalmente, la clase comienza hablando acerca de preguntas interesantes, profundas y variadas; estas preguntas te introducirán al tema principal de la clase, basado en elementos auténticos de las diferentes culturas que hablan el español como canciones, lecturas y videos.
Si te interesa, podemos trabajar las cuatro habilidades: hablar, escuchar, leer y escribir, y también puedo explicarte los diferentes temas gramaticales, tanto en español como en inglés. Soy muy paciente, así que puedes programar una clase conmigo sin ningún temor.

Typically, the class begins by talking about interesting, insightful, and varied questions; These questions will introduce you to the main topic of the class, based on authentic elements of the different cultures that speak Spanish such as songs, readings and videos. If you are interested, we can work on the four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing, and I can also explain the different grammatical topics, both in Spanish and in English. I am very patient, so you can schedule a class with me without any fear.
