About me

Hello! My name is Aimee and I'm a professional musician and teacher with 10 years of experience playing and teaching violin, viola, piano and music theory. I hold an MMus degree in Performing Art from the University of Pretoria (South Africa), as well as a Licentiate in Violin Performance from ABRSM. I believe that the most important thing about learning music is to develop a love for this unique art form. When teaching, I strive to ignite a passion for music in all my students - those preparing for formal exams and those learning for fun. Each lesson is tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each student. I am friendly, patient and encouraging, and I can't wait to meet you!
