He knows English and he knows how a person can be improve his level. He has many slots during the week. He has a very good plan through which you can learn and also, he gives me access to many tools through which you can practice grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening. But with me, he was not professional. He postponed some lessons notifying shortly before, and he did not come to the last lesson without notifying after I had told I would not continue with him.
