About me

Olá! Muito prazer. I'm Adriely, a native Brazilian Portuguese teacher, multilingual language educator, and International Negotiations professional passionate about languages, education, and cultural connection. For the past five years, I've taught more than 1,000 students from around the world, helping Brazilians learn English and international students learn Brazilian Portuguese through practical, conversation-based lessons that build real confidence. At sixteen, I earned a full merit scholarship to Harvard University's Summer Program. Since then, I've also received scholarships to programs at Stanford, Cambridge, and Georgetown, while building international experience collaborating with multicultural teams across 21 countries. Today, I work professionally in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, combining my academic background, international experience, and passion for teaching to create a learning experience that goes far beyond grammar rules. That's why I founded Veritas Portuguese: a place where students don't just study Portuguese.
