I am observant and I enhance student learning by optimizing wide range of instructional approaches. I introduce topics in a fun and creative way, ensuring time for students to practice the material on their own to facilitate and moderate discussions. I keep student on-task with positive reinforcement strategies and problem solving skills. I have an English certification to help teach students in order to achieve their language learning goals.
