About me

Hi, I’m Aakriti. I have a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a B.Ed, and I’ve been teaching math for over 7 years. Over time, I’ve worked with students at different levels and helped them become more comfortable with the subject. What I’ve learned is that math usually feels difficult when it’s not explained in a clear way. In my classes, I focus on making things simple and easy to follow, so you can actually understand what you’re doing instead of just memorizing steps. I like to keep my classes structured but relaxed. We go through the concept first, solve problems together, and then practice so you can build confidence. You can always ask questions, and I’ll explain things in a way that works for you. I teach school-level math and also help with SAT preparation. I usually adjust my lessons based on each student’s pace and what they’re aiming for. We can work together to make math clearer and more manageable for you.
