Hello everyone, My name is Tejal Oodit, and I am a passionate and dedicated TEFL-certified English teacher. I am excited to have the opportunity to introduce myself and share a little about my teaching journey and philosophy. I have a strong interest in language learning and communication, which inspired me to pursue a career in teaching English as a Foreign Language. I believe that English is a powerful tool that opens doors to new opportunities, cultures, and experiences. As a teacher, I am committed to helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to communicate effectively in English. My teaching approach is student-centered, meaning that I focus on the individual needs, goals, and learning styles of each student. I strive to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing their English without fear of making mistakes. I believe that mistakes are a natural and important part of the learning process, and I encourage my students to view them as opportunities for growth and improvement. In my lessons, I aim to make learning both enjoyable and practical. I incorporate a variety of teaching methods and activities, including conversations, role-plays, reading exercises, listening tasks, and interactive discussions. These activities help students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while building confidence in real-life communication situations.
