My aim in class is always to encourage students to communicate by speaking English as much as possible, depending on their level. I am a facilitator who provides a safe, relaxed and very positive environment for the student to try out his or her English in an atmosphere designed to inspire confidence. I have over 15 years' experience teaching but I also have Management qualifications and varied experience in Business and Hospitality. Therefore, as well as offering General English and all the Cambridge examinations, I am able to teach business, management and other specialist English classes. I speak clearly, have a wide general knowledge and am always friendly, relaxed, professional, competent, enthusiastic and patient.

Il mio obiettivo in classe è sempre quello di incoraggiare gli studenti a comunicare parlando il più possibile l'inglese, a seconda del loro livello. Sono un facilitatore che fornisce allo studente un ambiente sicuro, rilassato e molto positivo per provare il suo inglese in un'atmosfera progettata per ispirare fiducia. Ho più di 15 anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento, ma ho anche qualifiche manageriali e una varia esperienza in Business e Hospitality. Pertanto, oltre a offrire inglese generale e tutti gli esami Cambridge, sono in grado di insegnare business, management e altri corsi di inglese specialistici. Parlo chiaramente, ho un'ampia conoscenza generale e sono sempre cordiale, rilassato, professionale, competente, entusiasta e paziente.

Excellent teacher, in my case preparing C2, I highly recommend him.

I started C2 classes with Stephen in January without a set exam date. Then suddenly, I had to take it this July, and thanks to him, I passed! Stephen made it possible in such a short time. He's a really nice teacher, super attentive, and his classes were both fun and super useful. I learned so much without it ever feeling like a chore. Highly recommend him. Thanks for everything, Stephen! Empecé las clases de C2 con Stephen en enero sin fec ... ha de examen. Pero al final tuve que hacerlo en julio, y gracias a él, aprobé! Stephen logró prepararme en muy poco tiempo. Es un profesor súper agradable, atento, y sus clases fueron divertidas y útiles. Aprendí un montón y nunca se sintieron pesadas. Lo recomiendo totalmente. I've enjoyed a lot my classes with Stephen. Preparing my CPE with him has been amazing, he's a very friendly teacher and his classes are entertaining and very productive. Excellent teacher. I started with him without a clear objective and then he was preparing me for several months for the IELTS and I have reached the grade I needed. He is a realistic teacher and explains everything clearly and very well. It has been a pleasure to have lessons with him.

Stephen is a great teacher but also a person with great empathy, approachable and always adapting the classes to enhance both what we are bad at and what we are good at. I have been preparing for the CAE (C1) and I passed it on the first try. He has also helped me to feel more comfortable and confident with my English, as it was very difficult for me to speak English in public.
