Brazilian Portuguese Teacher | Portuguese for Expats | CELPE-Bras Preparation Hello! I’m Jennifer, a Portuguese language specialist with 15+ years of experience teaching expatriates, executives, and international families achieve real and consistent progress. I have worked with students from Japan, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, France, Australia, and beyond. My approach is built on one principle: every student is different, and every lesson should reflect that. I don't use generic programs or one-size-fits-all textbooks. From the very first session, we work on what actually matters for your goals (whether you're relocating to Brazil, raising bilingual children, preparing for professional communication, or building toward long-term fluency). What makes my teaching different: • Completely personalized lessons and custom-designed materials for every student • Deep expertise in Brazilian culture, social etiquette, and professional communication • Certified in dining etiquette and luxury hospitality (The British School of Etiquette, London) • Advanced Japanese speaker (JLPT N3) - I understand firsthand what it means to learn a language as an adult • High student retention: many of my students have been with me for over a decade I work with a small number of students at a time — by design. Each person receives my full attention, completely personalized materials, and a learning path built around their real life. I'm selective about who I work with, because that's the only way I can give each student the quality they deserve. My lessons are especially suitable for students who: • Prefer clear explanations and organized lessons • Want to build confidence step by step • Need support in grammar and conversation • Are preparing for living or working in Brazil • CELPE-Bras exam preparation For children: I use storytelling, games, songs, and visual activities to create a natural and engaging learning environment. What you can expect: • A clear and structured learning plan • Personalized materials • Consistent guidance and progress Trial lesson: We assess your level, define your goals, and introduce my teaching method. Important: • Trial lesson is offered once per student • Lesson packages are required for continued learning Book a free 20-minute trial and let's talk about your Portuguese.
