Hi! My name is Jennifer. I am a native Brazilian Portuguese teacher with a degree in Languages and Literature and more than 15 years of experience teaching Portuguese to international students. I specialize in teaching Portuguese to foreigners, including professionals, expatriates and international families preparing to move to Brazil. In the past, I have worked with expatriate families from multimational companies such as Shell and Anglo American, helping both adults and children adapt to life in Brazil. My lessons are personalized. I focus on practical communication and cultural understanding. For young learners, my lessons include storytelling, games, songs, and visual activities so that children learn naturally and enjoy the language. I love sharing Brazilian culture and helping students feel comfortable communicating in Portuguese in real-life situations.
