Hello! My name is Junko. I have been interested in Japanese language education for many years, and I completed a Japanese language teacher training course in my twenties. After spendng more than 20 years working in office administration in Japan, I decided to follow my passion for teaching Japanese. After passing the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, I began teaching Japanese and have been doing so for the past three years. I especially enjoy teaching beginners and always try to create a relaxed and friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable speaking Japanese. I understand that learning a new language can feel challenging, but making mistakes is a natural part of learning, so don't be afraid to make them. ☆In my lessons, I can help you with: ・Hiragana & Katakana ・Pronunciation ・Basic grammar ・Beginner conversation ・JLPT　N5－N4 ・Everyday Japanese expressions ・Business Japanese Basics ・Japanese for the workplace I also encourage students to learn Hiragana and Katakana, as understanding the Japanese writing system can help improve pronunciation and listening skills. If needed, I can explain grammar in English, so beginners can feel comfortable and confident during lessons. I mainly use Minna no Nihongo because it helps students track their progress and makes reviewing easier. However, if you already have a preferred textbook or learning materials, I am happy to adapt my lessons to your needs. I also support learners who are planning to work in Japan or who are already working in Japanese companies. With more than 20 years of office administration experience in Japan, I can help you learn practical workplace Japanese and better understand Japanese business culture.
