The methodology of each lesson depends upon the nature of the subject being tutored, and the student. If a student is looking for supplementary lessons to what they learn in school, i.e a more in depth study of the subject, then the sessions take a more classroom approach, whereas for a student looking to sharpen up their skills and push up their grade can expect sessions more focussed on specific topics with which the student has issues, and there will be an expectation of self reflection. Each lesson will be tailored to the needs and strengths of each student. For more discursive subjects, such as History and English, the lesson may take a conversational format, with students being expected to take notes. These will also include essay practice and critical analysis. For subjects such as maths, each session will be focussed on solving questions and practice, with students being walked through problems, and as they become stronger, being given more of a lead in solving problems. Regardless of subject or strength, what can be guaranteed is that no lesson will be boring.
