Hi! I’m Daniyal Shahid, and I’m a Mathematics & AI graduate from the Institute of Space Technology (IST), Pakistan, currently pursuing my Master’s in Cybersecurity. But before anything else, I’m someone who genuinely understands what it feels like to struggle with maths. I wasn’t always the person who could look at a difficult problem and immediately know what to do. I had my own struggles with mathematics too. It took practice, patience, precision, and a lot of problem-solving to get where I am today. And honestly, that experience is one of the reasons I fell in love with teaching. For the past 3 years, I’ve been teaching mathematics to students of different ages and levels, I’ve learned that sometimes students don’t struggle with Maths because they can’t learn it they struggle because no one has explained it in a way that truly clicks for them. There’s no embarrassment in asking basic questions, and there’s no problem too difficult to break down step by step. My goal isn't simply to give you the answer. I want you to understand how we got there. Because when you truly understand something, you don't just solve one problem you gain the confidence to solve the next one yourself. What are my lessons like? I like to keep my lessons friendly, interactive, patient, and student-focused. I want to understand how you think, where you're getting stuck, and what explanation works best for you. You can ask questions. You can make mistakes. You can say “I still don't understand.” That's completely okay. We’ll simply try another way. Outside mathematics and teaching, I love travelling, meeting new people, and learning how different people see the world. So I’m not just interested in teaching you a subject.
