Siyanda
Hello! I'm Siya, and I'm passionate about helping professionals speak English with confidence! 💼
I'm a TEFL-certified native English speaker from South Africa with over 15 years of experience in corporate environments working in Civil Engineering and Project Management. I've led teams, presented to clients, managed complex projects, and written countless professional documents — so I know exactly what clear, effective workplace communication looks like in the real world.
I also have 6 months of experience teaching English online, and I absolutely love it! There's nothing better than watching my students go from nervous to confident speakers. 🌟
How I organize my classes:
Every lesson is tailored to YOUR specific goals. Whether you're preparing for a crucial job interview, want to sound more natural in meetings, need help with professional emails, or simply want to build everyday conversation skills — I create a personalized plan just for you.
My teaching style is practical and conversational. We'll speak from day one (no boring textbooks!), and I'll give you clear, supportive feedback to help you improve quickly. Mistakes are always welcome — that's how we learn! 😊
I focus on real-world English you can use immediately at work and in life. My classes are relaxed, encouraging, and designed to build your confidence week by week.
A little about me:
Outside of teaching, I volunteer at animal shelters 🐶 (those rescue dogs taught me patience!), I'm passionate about music 🎵, and I love learning about different cultures. I bring that same warmth, curiosity, and genuine care into every lesson.
I'm here to be your partner in learning — patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in your success. Let's work together to help you achieve your English goals! 🚀
