I have accumulated over 10 years of professional experience in the field of education. In my most
recent position at Gokkusagi Koleji in Istanbul, and Kazanim International Schools served as a
dedicated instructor, specializing in physics and mathematics. During my tenure, I have acquired
valuable knowledge and skills that have prepared me to excel in the role of a Design & Technology
Teacher at Your platform. Also as you can see I never stop learning so that the methodology for
me never been seperated from content, as I believe that; in order to make the student attain 10%
of a concept; you need to know at least 90% about it theoritically and empirically! At least three
ways in which my experience at Gokkusagi Koleji and Kazanim Int Schoolshas prepared me for this
position are: 1. Curriculum Development: At different schools and institutions, I actively
participated in developing and implementing the physics and mathematics curriculum, adhering to
the standards set by the Ministry of Education. This experience has equipped me with a deep
understanding of the subject matter and the ability to design comprehensive lesson plans that
cater to the needs of diverse learners, and as a supervisor of scientific stream& head of physics; I
was the schools 'Dynamo' for of customized and adaptable management programs that satisfy
technology, science and math needs. 2. Innovative Teaching Methods: Throughout my tenure, I
continually sought out innovative teaching methods and techniques to engage students in their
learning process. By incorporating hands-on experiments, technology-based activities, and realworld
applications, I fostered an interactive learning environment that enhanced student
participation and comprehension.(as you can see the diversity of courses and programs I insisted to
learn as I realized they are crucial parts pf my tools) 3. Individualized Student Guidance: I firmly
believe in providing personalized support and attention to each student, ensuring their academic
success. I regularly monitored student progress, identified areas of improvement, and implemented
targeted strategies to address their individual needs effectively. This approach resulted in
improved overall performance and increased student motivation. Moreover, I have a strong
commitment to ongoing professional development and enthusiastically engage in additional
training and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and best
practices. My ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues, along with my
excellent communication and organizational skills, further contribute to my effectiveness as an
