L'esprit de synthèse et la clarté mes explications aident les élèves à saisir les notions complexes. J'utilise la méthode de la gestion mentale qui aide les élèves à mieux comprendre et mémoriser les concepts en les rendant actifs dans leur apprentissage. En leur permettant de s'approprier les notions et les méthodes, je favorise leur autonomie et leur confiance en eux. J’utilise des cas concrets et des outils simples qui leur permettent de mieux visualiser et comprendre les concepts mathématiques. Cela rend l'apprentissage plus tangible et pertinent pour eux. Les manipulations pratiques peuvent vraiment aider à ancrer les notions dans leur esprit. En classe j'utilisais beaucoup le travail par équipes qui favorise la collaboration et permet aux élèves d'apprendre les uns des autres. En leur permettant de progresser à leur propre rythme, je leur offrais la possibilité de se concentrer sur les notions qu'ils trouvent plus difficiles, tout en renforçant leur compréhension des concepts déjà maîtrisés. Cela crée également un environnement d'apprentissage positif et dynamique où les élèves se soutiennent mutuellement sans se comparer, ce qui est essentiel pour leur épanouissement. Cela favorise une atmosphère de confiance et de respect, où chacun peut progresser à son propre rythme. En mettant l'accent sur la maîtrise des notions plutôt que sur la compétition, j'aide mes élèves à développer une attitude positive envers l'apprentissage.
