Me gusta realizar clases basadas en un taller con ejercicios del tema especifico, utilizo Excel en las clases de matemáticas para mostrar gráficas y ecuaciones, en las clases de programación en R envió un script al estudiante con los comandos utilizados durante la clase.

Brindo clases particulares con las formas más didácticas y sencillas para que puedas entender, convierto lo que hacen parecer difícil en algo fácil al final de la clase. Al terminar la clase, mis alumnos siempre dicen " no puedo creer haber entendido, me parecía re difícil. " Soy licenciada en biotecnología, actualmente me encuentro realizando el doctorado en ciencias biomédicas. Estudié y estudio la química desde distintos puntos de análisis. En la secundaria no tuve la posibilidad de aprender o entender la química como la necesitaba para la carrera universitaria. Busco que el alumno de secundaria no pase por lo mismo y se vaya con una linda experiencia de la química.

I am very passionate about teaching and believe anyone can learn math! I love being able to break down a complex idea in a way that is accessible to all learners. I believe being a teacher is becoming a master of such a thing. I am extremely patient and love to use my creativity to explain and create a math experience that will make someone go "aha!". I think math is usually seen as being overly complicated or requiring extensive memorization to become proficient in it, but I believe anyone is capable of learning math and there are so many ways to think about math, to begin with. I try to incorporate all of these ideas and more into my teaching. I graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Mathematics Education. I am a certified math teacher with extensive experience in teaching all math levels and teaching students from a variety of different backgrounds. I excel in helping students with gaps in their math learning as I am able to quickly pinpoint what areas a student needs to go back and learn when they do not understand a specific topic. My methodologies are student-centered and I believe in having the student do as much of the mathematical thinking as possible while I guide them with questions and differentiated instruction when they are stuck. I am patient, love teaching, and am well-versed in all mathematics up to Calculus! I believe all students are capable of doing math, even when they themselves do not think so. With the right guidance and enough time anyone can become a master of the numbers.
