Diagnostiquer : Notre premier objectif n'est pas de faire des exercices, mais de comprendre la nature exacte du blocage. Est-ce une notion mal comprise ? La peur de l'erreur ? Une difficulté à visualiser le problème ? On essaye de poser un diagnostic précis, tout pour cibler la véritable source du problème. 2. Déconstruire : C'est le cœur de ma méthode. Je ne vous demanderai JAMAIS d'apprendre une formule par cœur. Au contraire : nous allons la déconstruire ensemble. Nous allons la démonter, comprendre sa logique interne jusqu'à la compréhension totale. 3. Dominer : Une fois que vous maîtrisez la logique des outils, il est temps de les utiliser avec fluidité et confiance. Cette étape consiste en un entraînement stratégique : des exercices-réflexes pour la vitesse, et des problèmes ouverts pour la créativité et la performance.
