👋 Hello! My name is Krzysztof, and I am a qualified teacher of Polish as a Foreign Language and a TEFL-certified English teacher with six years of recent teaching experience. I teach children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Whether you want to learn Polish or English for everyday communication, work, travel, relocation, studies or professional development, I will create a personalised learning plan based on your goals. 🎯 In my lessons, you can develop: • speaking confidence and fluency, • grammar and practical vocabulary, • pronunciation and listening skills, • reading and writing, • communication for everyday and professional situations, • the language skills and strategies needed for examinations. 🇵🇱 My Polish lessons include Polish for beginners, everyday life in Poland, relocation, family communication, work, studies, State Certificate Examination preparation and specialist Polish for professional purposes. 🇬🇧 My English lessons include General English, Business English, Legal English, Medical English, IT English, professional communication and preparation for recognised language examinations. 📚 I hold qualifications in Teaching Polish as a Foreign Language, a 220-hour Level 5 TEFL certificate and a Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting from London Metropolitan University. I am also authorised to serve as a member of assessment boards for State Certificate Examinations in Polish as a Foreign Language. Before returning to teaching, I worked for many years as a professional interpreter for courts, the police, immigration services and other public-sector organisations in the UK. This experience enables me to teach language that is accurate, practical and relevant to real situations. 💡 My lessons are dynamic, supportive and student-centred. I use guided conversations, role-plays, authentic situations, audio and video materials, interactive activities, clear grammar explanations and regular revision.
