Hace unos años, la ansiedad era una presencia constante en mi vida, afectando mi bienestar y mi capacidad para disfrutar del día a día. En mi búsqueda de alivio, descubrí el mindfulness, una práctica que me ayudó a encontrar paz y equilibrio en medio del caos. La transformación que experimenté fue tan profunda que me inspiró a formarme y convertirme en instructora de mindfulness. Hoy, mi mayor deseo es compartir estas valiosas herramientas contigo, para que puedas sanar y encontrar la misma serenidad y claridad que yo he logrado. Estoy aquí para acompañarte en este camino hacia una vida más plena y consciente. que es Mindfulness? porque es tan útil su practica para superar los estados de Ansiedad? Sabemos que el mindfulness y la meditación tienen grandes beneficios físicos, cognitivos y emocionales. Miles de evidencias científicas corroboran que estas prácticas ayudan a rebajar el estrés y la ansiedad, mejoran la regulación emocional y nos hacen sentir mayor bienestar. Empezar a meditar es relativamente fácil, pero lo más importante no es empezar, sino mantener la constancia. De nada sirve meditar un día o dos, luego dejarlo y volver a meditar un par de días más adelante. Para obtener los fantásticos beneficios que ofrece esta práctica, es necesario establecer una rutina y mantener la asiduidad. Por ello considero muy importante establecer una base sólida de conocimiento sobre mindfulness y meditación que nos permita mantener el hábito de forma duradera. En las clases aprenderás datos teóricos muy interesantes y motivadores que te ayudarán a entender qué es lo que estás haciendo. Y lo más importante, contarás con muchos ejercicios para que la práctica se convierta en algo ameno que te apetezca hacer cada día. Además, vas a contar con todo mi apoyo durante las practicas. Si en alguna ocasión te habías planteado asentar el hábito de la meditación en tu vida, este es el momento. Accounting is really more of a reading class than the arithmetic. Not understanding the language will lead to incorrect or at least very skewed results. I believe in teaching the "why" of accounting topics. This is because being able to remember and do accounting transactions is both easier to remember and easier to actually do when you know why you are doing it. I am available evenings and weekends.

Tengo experiencia como profesora de refuerzo de economía en segundo de bachillerato, primero de carrera (ADE, para las asignaturas de economía y matemáticas y Teleco para la asignatura de Introducción a la Economía) y grado superior de administración, todos ellos con resultados positivos. A su vez, imparto clases de repaso y ayuda de todas las materias en la ESO (Actualmente tercero y primero) y trato de compartir técnicas de estudio para aquellos alumnos que no sepan cómo estudiar. Tengo experiencia dando clases online de manera satisfactoria, mi metodología siempre se basa en los apuntes del alumno sólo que escaneados para poder realizar las clases de manera cómoda.
