Hi, I am Queenie, I'm so happy that you found me on Classgap. I have a degree in Psychology from UCLA, my daytime joy is positive psychology coach. I started to work as Chinese tutor at college, I have tutored students from Chinese classes, on both in group and one-on-one settings, and my tutees and I became good friends. I love teaching those that are passionate to learn Chinese, during classes I also learn from my students. As a psychology practitioner, I focus more on people's strengths, researches show that using strengths to learn could get better outcomes. I also focus on "what is working", so I will discuss with you about your learning goal and the type of learner you are, and adjust it with the class progress to reach your learning goal. Teaching Chinese is a meaningful work that makes me feel pleasant and fulfilled. I can't wait to learn with you! 你好，我叫Queenie，很高兴你在Classgap上找到我。我是UCLA的心理学系毕业的，现在主要做积极心理学咨询师的工作。做中文辅导老师是大学时期开始的，我教过很多上中文课的学生，有小组学习的，也有一对一学习的，我和他们都成为了好朋友。我很喜欢和热爱中文的人一起学习，在教学的过程中，我也在学习，我的每个学生都是我的老师。作为一个积极心理学从业者，我愿意去了解每个学生，也更看重每个人的长处，我相信善用所长去学习可以事半功倍。同时，我也着重于运用有效果的方法，所以我愿意给每个学生制定独特的学习计划和学习方法，并在课程中适当调整，保持最适合每个人的课程状态。教中文让我快乐，每一次学生有了进步，每一次学生达到了他/她设定的目标，都会让我非常非常开心，让我知道我的工作是很有意义的，也会让我更加投入去教学生。我相信，每个人都喜欢快乐地学习，愿意用更加适合自己的学习方法去学习。我已经等不及，和你一起，快乐地学习中文了！
