Merhaba! Ben Özge, 35 yaşındayım ve Türkçeyi ana dilim olarak konuşuyorum. Uzun süredir çevrimiçi Türkçe dersleri veriyorum ve her öğrencimle kurduğum bağlantılar benim için çok kıymetli. Dil öğretmek benim için sadece gramer veya kelimeler öğretmek değil; aynı zamanda kültürü, duyguyu ve iletişimi paylaşmak demek. Derslerimde konuşmaya odaklanıyorum, çünkü dili yaşayarak öğrenmenin en etkili yol olduğunu düşünüyorum. Öğrencilerime sıcak, destekleyici ve motive edici bir ortam sunuyorum—hatalardan korkmadan, rahatça Türkçe konuşabilecekleri bir alan. Boş zamanlarımda kitap okumayı, müzik dinlemeyi ve doğada vakit geçirmeyi çok severim. Bunları derslerime de taşıyorum; bazen bir şiirle gramer öğreniyoruz, bazen bir şarkıyla yeni kelimeler keşfediyoruz! Eğer sen de Türkçeyi keyifli ve doğal bir şekilde öğrenmek istiyorsan, birlikte eğlenceli bir dil yolculuğuna çıkabiliriz.

I am a responsible, diligent, and enthusiastic person. While I was student teaching, I had the opportunity to take a student aside to help him with a, particularly difficult language concept that he was having trouble understanding. When I was able to show him a different way to approach the problem, and he “got it,” I knew that I had chosen the right field! I know that many of the learners represent challenging backgrounds, but I feel that I could make a difference in their lives by working with them. I like both to teach and learn with others, to share my knowledge with them. I look forward to the opportunity to be part of a committed team helping to provide a supportive and nurturing environment so that every child and learner as well can achieve greatness, regardless of the challenges they may face. My teaching style usually varies from The directing style to the discussion and delegating style. My teaching promotes learning through listening and following directions. With this style, I tell the students what to do, how to do it, and when it needs to be done. I impart information to the students via lectures, assigned readings, audio/visual presentations, demonstrations, role-playing, and other means. Students gain information primarily by listening, taking notes, doing role plays, and practicing what they are told to do. The discussion-style promotes learning through interaction. In this style, I encourage critical thinking and lively discussion by asking students to respond to challenging questions. My role is being a facilitator guiding the discussion to a logical conclusion. Students learn to have opinions and to back them up with facts and data.
