Hi, I am Jen :D I am a British English native and have a 2.1. degree in Japanese language and contemporary society from Oxford Brookes in England and have lived in Japan. I teach Japanese children English online (in Japanese) and I am also a private online Japanese tutor. I have three children myself (4, 8,12) and have worked in education for over 10 years. I have experience in teaching both children and adults in Japan, the UK and online. I have certificates in 120 hour TEFL including exam preparation, business English and teaching young learners. I hold my Cache Level 3 certificate in supporting teaching and learning and have certificates in teaching SEN and understanding Autism. My lessons are interactive and fun. I have written my own course which is for absolute beginners. The lessons are taught over an interactive platform whereby the student can interact with the lesson slides. I wholly believe that by actively engaging in lessons, students learn more effectively. My lessons are fun, again very important for retaining information and not only look at the fundamentals of the Japanese language, but also at its culture and traditions. I am a laid back and fun tutor, I adapt lessons to suit the needs of the student, we play games and have a lot of fun. There is no such thing as a silly question in my classes and mistakes are very welcome, that is the only way we learn! My classes are for adults and children aged 11 and over and are 50minutes long. • Puis-je annuler une réservation ?
Oui, vous pouvez annuler une réservation jusqu'à 8 heures avant le début du cours, en indiquant la raison pour laquelle vous souhaitez l’annuler. Nous analysons chaque cas individuellement pour décider du remboursement.
• Comment dois-je payer le cours ?
Lorsque vous sélectionnez un cours ou un forfait, vous ferez le paiement grâce à notre service de paiement virtuel. Vous avez deux options:
- carte de débit / crédit
- Paypal
Une fois le paiement réglé, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour confirmer la réservation.
• Puis-je modifier une réservation ?
Oui, un empêchement peut toujours arriver, vous pouvez donc changer l'heure ou le jour de votre cours depuis la rubrique "cours programmés" de votre espace personnel, en cliquant sur l'option "Changer la date".
• ¿Comment se déroulent les cours ?
Les cours sont donnés dans la salle de classe virtuelle de classgap, développée à des fins pédagogiques avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités telles que la vidéoconférence, le service de messagerie instantanée, le tableau blanc virtuel ou le traitement de texte en ligne collaboratif.
