Hi there! Welcome to my profile! I am Andrea Andy, I come from the beautiful and diverse country called South Africa. I have many hobbies and talents which define me and I am sure you do as well! These include reading, baking, photography, swimming and netball. I also have a flare for creativity and a sharp eye for fine print! I became a tutor so that I may share my knowledge and experiences with you and before you know it, you'd be a pro in English! So let's learn together, the fun way! I have both online and offline teaching experience, I have taught students from the ages of 7-12, as well as adults in various subjects. I have a 120hour TEFL Certificate. This certificate has equipped me with the best knowledge for obtaining excellence as a tutor. Lessons with me will be relaxed and comfortable. Lessons are tailored to meet each students needs and goals. I prefer Conversational English as this is a good way to learn articulation, pronunciation and grammar. This allows my students to be themselves and have fun, while learning this amazing language. A learner centered approach as well as visual aids will be incorporated. I correct my students in a gentle way and motivate them to continue learning the language. I get to know my students and treat them like a friend. I like making my lessons fun and engaging as much as possible. I understand the struggles of learning a new language.
