Andy
Hello! I'm Andy, a CELTA-qualified English teacher from England, and I've been living and teaching in Vietnam for almost 10 years.
With over 7 years of teaching experience, I've worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds, from young children and university students to business professionals, executives, and people preparing to relocate abroad. I've taught in government schools, private schools, international schools, universities, language centres, corporate boardrooms, and through private online lessons.
What makes me different is that I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every student learns differently, so I build lessons around your goals, interests, strengths, and challenges. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, prepare for IELTS, succeed in a job interview, communicate more effectively at work, or simply speak more naturally and confidently, we'll create a learning plan that works for you.
I specialise in:
✅ Conversational English & Fluency
✅ Business & Professional English
✅ IELTS & Exam Preparation
✅ Job Interview Coaching
✅ Relocation & International Communication
✅ Pronunciation & Accent Development
✅ Structured A1–C2 English Programmes
✅ Cambridge & Oxford Learning Support
As a native British speaker with a clear, neutral accent, I can help you understand not only standard British English but also the expressions, cultural nuances, and real-world communication skills that textbooks often miss.
My lessons are friendly, engaging, and focused on practical results. Students often tell me they appreciate my ability to explain difficult concepts clearly, adapt lessons to their needs, and create a relaxed environment where they feel comfortable speaking and making progress.
If you're looking for an experienced teacher who can combine structured learning with real-world English, there's a very good chance we'll be a great fit.
Book a trial lesson and let's discuss your goals, assess your current level, and create a plan to help you achieve the results you're looking for.
