Since I have studied many languages in my life, I know the learner's journey very well and I know what works best. I like to always adapt the activities to the environment in which the student will be using the language to ensure the benefit is optimum. For example: if the student needs the language for their work in the chemical industry, I would ensure that the vocabulary used is heavy on the terms used in that particular industry.
