YOGA es un camino de AUTOCONOCIMIENTO y este es mi camino en el Yoga: Comencé a practicar en 2012 a raíz de incertidumbres personales y laborales. A los 4 años de practicar frecuentemente y con el interés de conocer los fundamentos detrás de esta milenaria práctica, tomé el INSTRUCTORADO DE YOGA INTERGRAL en 2016 y a finales de ese mismo año comencé a guiar prácticas a familiares, conocidos y amigos. Mientras continuaba formandome, me sorprendió la facilidad y profundidad meditativa que ofrecen los sonidos relajantes de los CUENCOS TIBETANOS, por lo cual me introduje también en el mundo de las vibraciones y los masajes y me formé como MASAJISTA SONORA Y SONOPUNTURISTA en 2017. Los puntos se siguieron uniendo con un retiro espiritual a Córdoba y luego un viaje en solitario de mes y medio a INDIA, un país que invita, desafío a desafío, a enfrentar debilidades y aprovechar nuestras fortalezar, revelando capa a capa nuestro verdadero SER. A mi regreso comencé a guiar practicas regularmente y en el devenir de las clases surgió la necesidad de comprender el cuerpo humano y sus afecciones. Durante 2019 me especialicé en YOGA TERAPÉUTICO guiada por un maestro formado en kinesiología. En 2020 comienzo a guiar practicas online y en inglés, una forma de unirnos a la distancia. Durante 2021, nutrí otra aspecto de yoga con palabras, acentos y significados en el INSTRUCTORADO DE MANTRAS. Actualmente comparto CLASES grupales y personalizadas, presenciales y online; guío MEDITACIONES y encuentros circulares, difundo TALLERES basados en yoga y terapia corporal. Mis clases suelen desarrollarse en 3 partes: introspección y movimiento articular, secuencias de posturas y relajación con cuencos tibetanos.
