Hola, soy Rosa y llevo más de 3 años dando clase, por lo que tengo una experiencia y entendimiento de cómo lograr transmitir mi conocimiento a mis alumnos de manera clara y directa. El compromiso, la empatía, la paciencia, el cariño y el esfuerzo son clave para lograr los objetivos. Una de las metas a alcanzar es conseguir en el alumno un pensamiento crítico al afrontar los problemas de las asignaturas, para que así aprenda a pensar por sí mismo, lo cual es crucial en la educación. La automatización en la resolución de ejercicios es uno de los grandes problemas del sistema educativo, en el que los alumnos resuelven los problemas sin la más remota idea de qué se está haciendo, y no se disfruta lo que no se comprende. Lograr que el estudiante entienda cómo, porqué y para qué se utiliza en la vida real aquello que se le enseña es tan importante como necesario, aquí la motivación juega también un papel fundamental. Mi experiencia me dice que el 90% de alumnos que necesitan clases de apoyo no es por falta de capacidad sino por falta de confianza, seguridad y autoestima. Preparo a chicas y chicos de ESO.
