This innovative strategy combines direct instruction with interactive learner engagement. I use polling devices to promote collaboration and critical thinking, enabling students to interact with each other and explore multiple-choice questions in real time. This method ensures that learning is student centered, participative, and dynamic. I follow up with formative assessment to track progress and provide continuous assessments, quizzes, tests and retests.
