Hello! I’m Sarah and I’m a Classical Soprano in my final year at the Royal Northern College of Music. I would describe myself as open, vibrant, and engaging. I have extensive experience in live classical and operatic performance and received a distinction in my Grade 8 singing exam, as well as 3 A* at A-Level, including A-Level music. I am an experienced tutor, currently teaching 6 students and happy to take on more. I am also well-versed in coaching students through ABRSM exams. Soy una apasionada de las canciones. Me formé y continúo formándome (ya que el conocimiento es infinito) como intérprete de Teatro Musical y canto desde muy pequeña, pero comencé a profesionalizarlo en 2017. En el camino me encontré con los millones de obstáculos con los que puede enfrentarse un artista: miedos, inseguridades, patologías de la voz, etc, que fui sorteando con formación, perseverancia y sobre todo, constancia. Esto me dio las herramientas para mejorar mi voz y mi cuerpo, y para poder guiar a los demás hacia lo mismo. En cada clase trabajaremos con un enfoque integral que abarca diversas técnicas y ejercicios fundamentales para el desarrollo vocal... - Relajación: es esencial que nuestros músculos estén sueltos y relajados; de lo contrario, la tensión acumulada no nos permitirá alcanzar nuestro máximo rendimiento vocal. - Activación de la respiración: buscaremos diferentes sostenes que te ayuden a usar tu voz desde un lugar cómodo, saludable y natural para ti. - Calentamiento de la voz: trabajaremos en tu técnica vocal con ejercicios específicos. Buscaremos juntos que, poco a poco, vayas ganando confianza y dominio sobre tu propio instrumento. Es fundamental que en este espacio te sientas libre de explorar tu voz y tus capacidades, mientras desarrollas un repertorio de habilidades que te servirán a lo largo de tu camino. - Finalizaremos aplicando todo lo aprendido en una canción que tu elijas. Esta parte será no solo un momento de práctica, sino una oportunidad para disfrutar y conectar con tu intérprete, explorando todo lo que tiene para ofrecer en términos de emoción y expresión. Entrena tu voz con Baol Bardot Bulsara, quien fuera cantante del mítico grupo de hard rock, TNT, y de la banda alemana DeVicious. Aprender a cantar bien es una carrera de fondo, no hay atajos ni parches realistas o sanos, así que pongo a tu disposición toda mi experiencia como cantante y mis estudios en pedagogía del canto para acompañarte todo el camino! Si trabajas conmigo, lo lograremos juntos! Rompamos algunos mitos! Lo que hace mis sesiones de 50 minutos atípicas es que son totalmente personalizadas y enfocadas en lo que tú y tu voz necesitéis específicamente, ya sea técnica, higiene vocal y cuidados, calentamientos, o repertorio y estilo. También, si lo deseas, podemos trabajar en tu dicción en inglés cantado; no es lo mismo una b que una v! Todo el mundo puede cantar, sólo hay que entrenar, entrenar y entrenar…! Experiencia como cantante: Formé parte de los noruegos TNT entre 2017 y 2022, tiempo en el que editamos un álbum (“XIII”, 2018) y realizamos múltiples conciertos por el norte de Europa. Entre 2022 y 2024 fui el cantante de la banda alemana de hard rock DeVicious, con quienes edité un álbum (“Code Red”, 2023). Pero no todo va a ser rock! Tengo más de 20 años de experiencia en escenarios: musicales (We Will Rock You, RENT, Forever King Of Pop, Esos Locos Fantasmas…), giras con bandas de todo tipo, grabaciones de estudio, etc. Puedes escuchar mis trabajos más recientes en los singles de BULSARA, “Brand New Start”, de la banda Strangers, “XIII”, de TNT, o “Britannia”, de Legado de una Tragedia. En cuanto a formación en pedagogía del canto, tengo los Niveles 1 y 2 de Estill Voice Training completados y la certificación del Máster del prestigioso método MEV de José Masegosa. Ho conseguito due Lauree Specialistiche, entrambe con 110, Lode e Menzione d'Onore, presso il Conservatorio de L'Aquila, nel 2019 in Pianoforte e nel 2021 in Musica da Camera. Oltre all'attività concertistica svolta in Duo con mio fratello (ci esibiamo in Italia e all'estero), mi piace insegnare ad allievi di tutte le età e di qualunque livello, con lezioni stimolanti senza far mai a meno del divertimento! Durante la pandemia tutti noi insegnanti siamo stati costretti ad adoperare le lezioni in modalità online; nonostante le prime perplessità, ben presto ho potuto cogliere i vantaggi offerti da questa soluzione e ho pensato di farla diventare non più un piano B, ma un vero e proprio metodo didattico da adottare anche in situazione di normalità.
