My dedication and patience as an educator also gained recognition when I was featured as one of the best music classes by Tickikids. Professional developments include participating in the Australasian Piano Pedagogy Conference, the Ory Shihor Pedagogy Conference on Technique, Sound and Performance, and a 3-Day Teachers' Workshop by Dr Steven Spooner. 2. My pedagogy focuses on holistic development, encouragement and patience, creating a safe space for students to know they are well-supported and mistakes are part of learning. 3. I plan an effective piano curriculum that emphasizes on music literacy, sight-reading, refinement in piano technique, theory concepts. These help students to learn confidently and enjoyably. 4. To keep lessons fun, interactive and engaging, I strategically utilise my self-created games and hands-on activities so my students are able to understand the concepts through sensory play. This will assist to reinforce their memory and recall of their learnings.
