I am a graduate of the University of Oxford with extensive experience in both instrumental and academic tutoring. As well as topping my class with a thesis on populist music of the USSR and Japan, I passed my composition and orchestration classes with distinction. I now work as a professional composer and a freelance arranger and orchestrator for US-based clients. COMPOSITION I am able to teach composition in genres ranging from classical and screen scoring to jazz and wind concert band, as well as music production in a variety of genres. PIANO I started learning the piano aged four and completed ABRSM grade 8 at the age of twelve. After being awarded a place at Oxford, I received a scholarship for instrumental performance and subsequently piano tuition from Victor Sangiorgio and Anna Crookes. My focus is centered around four priorities in developmental skills: POSTURE, TONE, INTONATION and MUSICALITY.
