From our very first meeting, I encourage the student to clearly express their academic needs and goals so I can design customized lessons tailored to their personality and learning style. It is essential that students feel motivated and actively involved in the lesson, helping them build greater confidence in class or during any type of oral examination. My support is often focused on bringing peace of mind when working with texts in Italian, Latin, Ancient Greek, Law, and occasionally History, Geography, and Science. I prefer to conduct lessons online to save students the stress of travel. By sending me photos of the pages they need to study or practice from, students are guided through both oral review and practical exercises directly through this platform. I am quite flexible if a student needs to contact me "last minute" to schedule a quick study session, or to send photos of completed exercises for a fast remote correction. Throughout the learning process, we assess whether the student has made genuine academic progress. If not, we refocus on the areas that are still difficult and address them with additional practice to help improve their overall grades. Students are almost always free to choose when and at what time they prefer to study, allowing them to balance lessons with their other commitments. The ultimate goal of all this is to help students become increasingly independent in their studies—and, consequently, in life.
