I know that Chinese characters have always been the most scary part for students learning Chinese, so I have my own way of using pictures and tracing their origins to help students easily understand these characters. For children, I will use age-appropriate teaching materials. I will engage them actively in the classroom through games, music, and pictures, to help them love learning Chinese! I also give homework to my students, but it's not mandatory. It's just to help them review and practice what they've learned. There's no pressure to complete my homework.
