Hello! My name is Guilherme, and I have been working as a full-stack software developer for 5 years. In my career I have worked on multiple projects at national and international level, and today I work for a Norwegian software company. I am a systems development technician at SENAI CIMATEC and I am finishing my bachelor's degree in Information Systems at the Federal University of Bahia. As a teacher, I value a pedagogical process based, as far as possible, on the scholastic method, in which I seek for students to truly and deeply understand everything they are doing in a progressive and organic way, in which they can absorb knowledge through exercises and well-founded reflections. Furthermore, I value simple and friendly communication, in which I can develop bonds with my students, which is always positive for learning! After all, knowing your student well is essential to adapting the lessons to enhance learning.
