Hello! I’m Parsa, an English Language Teacher and ELT Master’s student. 👋 I’ve been studying English Language Teaching for around five years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in ELT, and I’m currently in the second year of my Master’s degree. I also have teaching experience with different learners, levels, and learning goals, and I’m familiar with a range of teaching methods and syllabi. I particularly enjoy task-based, student-centred teaching, where English is something you actively use rather than simply study. But for me, English has always been more than a subject. Learning English has changed the way I see the world. It has opened doors to books, ideas, people, cultures, and experiences that might otherwise have remained far away. I want my students to experience that same sense of possibility. Outside teaching, I’m a passionate reader—I genuinely love novels and books—along with travelling, art, sport, and maintaining growth. In my classes, you are at the centre. Every student is different, so I don’t believe in forcing everyone through exactly the same lesson. We’ll look at your level, goals, interests, strengths, and difficulties, and then shape our lessons around what you actually need—whether that means improving your speaking, developing academic English, preparing for IELTS, or simply becoming more confident using English. I don’t see myself as someone who simply gives you answers. I see myself as your guide. Learning a language is something we work through together; you bring your goals and experiences, I bring my knowledge and experience, and together we figure out the best path forward.
