I am a Computer Science undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani, with a strong foundation in problem solving and a deep interest in teaching and mentoring. Over the course of my academic journey, I have developed proficiency in C, C++, Python, Data Science, and Backend Web Development, along with a solid understanding of core computer science subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, and Databases. I am particularly passionate about breaking down complex concepts into simple, intuitive explanations. Through my own learning experience, I have realized that students often struggle not because the subject is difficult, but because it is not presented in an accessible way. As a tutor, I aim to bridge that gap by adapting my teaching style to suit each student’s level of understanding, ensuring clarity and confidence in their learning process. My strong background in Data Structures and Algorithms has enhanced my logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, which I actively apply while teaching. I have also worked on multiple projects involving machine learning, web development using Flask, and data analysis, giving me practical exposure that I can integrate into my teaching. This helps students not only understand theoretical concepts but also see their real-world applications. In addition, I am comfortable using digital tools for online teaching, including platforms that allow interactive problem solving, code walkthroughs, and visual explanations. I believe in engaging students through active participation, regular practice, and continuous feedback, rather than passive learning. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students improve. Whether it is assisting with assignments, preparing for exams, or building strong fundamentals from scratch, I focus on creating a supportive and motivating learning environment. I also emphasize consistency and structured learning, helping students build confidence step by step.
