In my classroom, I focus on creating a relaxed but professional atmosphere where students feel comfortable to learn and ask questions. When teaching adults, I speak clearly, use real-life examples, and encourage open discussion to keep lessons engaging. I often check for understanding by asking students to explain concepts back to me in their own words, and if someone struggles, I patiently rephrase and break down the lesson into smaller, easier steps. I incorporate visuals, practical exercises, and repetition where needed, always making sure no student is left behind. My goal is not only to teach but also to ensure my students truly understand and can confidently apply what they learn.
