My name is Cassandra Nealy and I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree from University of South Florida and a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University 👩🏾‍🎓. I enjoy teaching students mathematics 🧮 making learning fun and exciting for all. Students will also enjoy the energetic atmosphere of the learning experience. My class will be well organized 📚allowing students achieve good grades and obtain a sense of accomplishment🔖💯. As for my class, I will provide examples of visual images and will require students to explain their thought process which will allow students to grasp a better understanding of what is being asked. My plan is to guide students through the solution process and provide status updates along the way. For housekeeping, students will be required to come to each session prepared and ready to learn so that both the student and instructor will maximize their time accordingly.

Hello! 👋 My name is Amber 😊🌼As an educator, my ultimate goal is to impart knowledge to my students in an engaging and enjoyable manner. I believe that learning should not be a tedious task, but rather a fun and interactive experience. Therefore, I strive to create a classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity and critical thinking. My approach to teaching is based on the belief that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. I encourage my students to ask questions, share their ideas and participate in class discussions. I believe that every student has unique talents and abilities that should be recognized and nurtured. Hence, I take the time to get to know my students on a personal level, so that I can tailor my teaching methods to suit their individual learning styles. In conclusion, my main intention as a teacher is to transfer knowledge to my students while making the learning process fun and enjoyable. My Methods of teaching have been proven successful over the years. Here is an outline of how I work: Firstly I get an understanding of what level my student is at, what topics they need the most help in, and what grade they want to aim for. I then send the relevant resource as a starter to make a thorough assessment of what is specifically needed for the student to move forward. From this assessment I can formulate a teaching plan for the individual student. As progress grows and I see they have proved their understanding by mastering the topics, I move them up a level... So they are working at the pace that is best for them individually. My approach is to translate maths into a simple and easy to understand format that enables them to retain the concepts which in turn gives them confidence. Most of my students exceeded their targets and others comfortably achieved their goal. I give weekly feedback reports to parents as to how the child is progressing. I have a stress free, relaxed classroom with a touch of humour where my students can enjoy learning. It gives me great satisfaction when I see my students are happy, grasping the concepts and genuinely enjoying maths. I teach ALL maths levels and I have much experience with GCSE and A-level maths!
