I have about a year experience in teaching arabic to non-arabic and arabic speakers, (as a native speaker) Teaching methodolgy depends on breaking large concepts of grammar and vocabulary into smaller parts, with mind maps. Giving examples and dicussing  translated cartoons and songs (nasheeds) regularly (more hearing = faster learning) class plan and teaching methodology depends and varies according to student's goals. But in general, it's a three month plan (1-3 classes per week acc.
