Cantare per me, non significa essere intonati e quanto forte o in alto io riesca ad arrivare, questo non serve a niente. Cantare vuol dire trasmettere un messaggio, raccontare una storia, avere la capacità di far arrivare le proprie emozioni (quali rabbia, amore, ironia, tristezza, felicità, disperazione) dritti nello stomaco, come un pugno. Hi! I'm Ms. Grace. I teach piano to kids and adults. Growing up, I studied with awesome piano faculty at Rowan University. While working on my degree at Brigham Young University, I took lessons in Vienna, Austria with faculty at the University of Vienna and the Vienna Konservatorium. In 2014, I graduated with a piano performance degree from BYU. Since then I taught privately in Utah, judging in Encore and other regional competitions. I worked at the Utah Piano Academy for two years (where I taught piano to 70 kids! Whew!). I strive to help students achieve goals small and large. I believe establishing proper technique and efficient practicing habits early opens doors. I want kiddos to leave their lesson with a sense of accomplishment. Music is such a great outlet for kids to express themselves, relieve stress, and gain confidence!
