As a director of establishments with an extensive academic background, holding four Master's degrees (Bac + 5), all multidisciplinary in business administration and management, I prefer to build upon an individual's existing knowledge to help them develop new skills.
I've worked as a corporate trainer for the armed forces, the Bordeaux Court of Appeal, and Toulouse Air Navigation. I've also taught courses at Greta in subjects including communication, economics, accounting, memory management, and French. Currently, I am an HR Executive in a company and a Communication Officer for an association, maintaining constant legal vigilance to ensure that all information I provide is always up-to-date.
You are my raw material! The learning path is then built according to your desires and needs. Creating and managing a business is a significant achievement. To move from dream to reality, your existing knowledge, personal skills, and learning style are just as important as the topics to be covered. Therefore, I will design a tailored learning path based on actions, behaviors, and oral tools if you have a kinesthetic learning preference. If you are more visual, my lessons will be structured around demonstrations and written and/or filmed approaches, and so on.
Skill acquisition is a project management endeavor: everything counts! Your relationship with the topic is just as crucial as the topic itself.
Generally, courses unfold as follows: a topic, an application, identification of difficult points within that application, and its absorption. Finally, we verify that the topic has been thoroughly grasped. My principle is that everyone can acquire any subject; it's simply a matter of finding the right channel and emitting the correct frequency for symbiosis to occur. I'll take care of tuning the frequency!
