I'm Mahmoud, an Arabic teacher, I have a degree in teaching Arabic for non-Arabic speakers from the American University in Egypt and a degree in Quran from the University of Al-Azhar. besides a course from (TUUK) on How to Teach Islamic text from a British agency in Egypt. I have 12 years of experience teaching online classes. and I'm all about making learning fun! What sets me apart from other teachers is my enthusiasm and passion for teaching. I love it when students ask a lot of questions and engage in discussions—especially adult learners. For the younger ones, I use gamification and game-based learning to keep things exciting and enjoyable. My classes are well-organized with a balance of rules, instructions, and exercises, but they're never boring. The book I created is full of visually appealing activities and challenging tasks that make the learning process engaging.

Tengo 12 años de experiencia impartiendo clases en línea. ¡Y me dedico a hacer que el aprendizaje sea divertido! Lo que me distingue de otros profesores es mi entusiasmo y pasión por la enseñanza. Me encanta cuando los estudiantes hacen muchas preguntas y participan en debates, especialmente los estudiantes adultos. Para los más jóvenes, uso la gamificación y el aprendizaje basado en juegos para mantener las cosas emocionantes y agradables. ¿Puedo cancelar una reserva?
Sí, puedes cancelar una reserva hasta un máximo de 8 horas antes de la clase, indicando el motivo de cancelación. Estudiaremos cada caso de forma personal para proceder a la devolución del importe.
¿Puedo modificar una reserva?
Sí, siempre puede surgir algún imprevisto, por lo que podrás cambiar la hora o el día de clase. Puedes hacerlo desde tu área personal, dentro de "Clases programadas", en la opción “Cambiar fecha”.
¿Dónde se realizan las clases?
Las clases se realizan en el aula virtual de Classgap, desarrollada para el ámbito formativo con muchas funcionalidades específicas para ello, como el vídeo-chat, la pizarra virtual o el editor de textos a tiempo real. ¿Cómo realizo el pago de la clase?
En el momento en que selecciones una clase o un pack de horas, podrás realizar el pago mediante nuestro TPV virtual. Tienes dos opciones para efectuar el pago: - Tarjeta de crédito. - Paypal. Una vez realices el pago de la clase, recibirás un e-mail de confirmación de la reserva.
