Hi everyone! I am Alex, I am a certified ESL English teacher who wants to share her passion for learning a new language. I've been teaching adult education for more than 5 years. My belief is that everyone has the ability to learn a new language. I am here to guide you to achieve your learning goals in a non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. People generally want to learn a new language to have meaningful exchanges with others, so my approach is to get you to develop the ability to communicate in real-life contexts. I would like to help you express yourself with confidence in English, both in writing and speaking. All lessons are tailored to your level of English, your interests and your learning goals. I know what it's like to learn a foreign language. I am fluent in English and French and am now learning Spanish. I have traveled extensively and always try to learn a little bit of the local language wherever I live or travel. I have been fascinated by foreign languages and cultures from a very young age and I share this enthusiasm with my students.
