Hello, it's nice to meet you! My name is Jason. I am 31 years old and I'm from South Africa. I grew up speaking English and I am quite passionate about understanding people I meet. I studied electrical engineering in college as well as completed a 420 hour TEFL course. I've worked for quite a few years in America and Canada so I have lots of experience with different accents. I like interacting with people and always try and make people smile. Meeting new people from all around the world is something I enjoy. I'd like to hear more about you and your country while we focus on improving your English. I believe that lessons should be fun! Using images, music and talking directly with learners are just a few ways to make lessons fun, but there are many more. By focusing on each student, looking at their needs and preferences, students can have a more productive lesson and help them improve their English language skills.

Estudié ingeniería eléctrica en la universidad y completé un curso TEFL de 420 horas. He trabajado varios años en Estados Unidos y Canadá, así que tengo mucha experiencia con diferentes acentos. Me gusta interactuar con la gente y siempre intento hacerla sonreír. Disfruto mucho conociendo gente nueva de todo el mundo. Me gustaría saber más sobre ti y tu país mientras nos centramos en mejorar tu inglés. ¡Creo que las clases deben ser divertidas! Usar imágenes, música y hablar directamente con los alumnos son solo algunas maneras de hacer que las clases sean divertidas, pero hay muchas más. Al centrarnos en cada estudiante, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades y preferencias, podemos tener una clase más productiva y mejorar sus habilidades en inglés.
