Hola queridos alumnos y alumnas 🙂 Soy Catharina, una profesora de alemán titulada de Hanover, Alemania, con experiencia en la enseñanza a estudiantes de EE.UU., Reino Unido, Países Bajos, España, Suiza, Brasil, Oriente Medio, etc. Aparte de la enseñanza, me apasiona viajar y aprender idiomas a través de clases y autoaprendizaje. Me entusiasma enseñar alemán a mis alumnos a través de diversos enfoques y ejercicios. Juntos podemos leer, escribir y, lo más importante, hablar el idioma en clase. Me entusiasma aprender sobre su país y su cultura. También hablo con fluidez inglés, español, italiano y francés. Así que, si eres principiante en alemán, te puedo ayudar en estos idiomas.

Catharina is an excellent teacher. She is doing a great job of catering the lessons to my needs. I asked for everyday conversation practice and she speaks slowly and enunciates very clearly, which really helps me to understand. And she's great at making conversation. I also asked to learn more grammar and she explains it very clearly with examples and then gets me to practice using the grammar by asking me everyday questions. I like that she type ... s everything I'm learning up in the notes (that I can see in real time) and then sends them to me so I can review them later. I highly recommend her!

I am preparing for the Goethe C1 exam and happy that I chose Catharina. She is very structured in her teaching and makes sure that the hour covers speaking, reading, and a listening exercise. She checks my writing exercise before the class and we discuss the corrections in the class. Her feedback is very helpful and targeted towards my common mistakes. When I make mistakes in my speaking, she takes note of them in the chat and a separate word doc ... ument that is available after the class.
