I have a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Computer Science and I've taught in international schools around the world for 15 years including the International School Manila, the American School of Madrid and Koç High School in Istanbul. I've taught the IB maths curriculum, the American maths curriculum, the Spanish exam preparatory curriculum and the Canadian maths curriculum. I am a certified maths and computer science teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers in Canada and I have qualified teacher status in England and Wales in mathematics and computer science. I also taught English while living in Taiwan for three years and I continue to tutor English reading, writing, listening, understanding and speaking. In the final year of my studies, I was hired by the college I attended as a demonstrator in laboratory exercises. A demonstrator is a person who, along with the lecturer, conducts lab exercises and helps students learn mostly the practical, but also the theoretical part. I was engaged in subjects such as Programming fundamentals (C language), Introduction to object-oriented programming (Visual Basic and C#), Relationas databases (MySQL Server, PowerDesigner), Computer graphics etc. That's when I first encountered teaching and found myself in it, and that's why I would like to leave my share in this profession and pass on the knowledge I have in order to help people reach their professional goals in the field of programming as easily as possible.
