Krissie
Hi! I’m Krissie, an enthusiastic and approachable English tutor who enjoys helping students become more confident, comfortable, and natural when communicating in English.
I believe learning English should be practical, engaging, and relevant to your everyday life. Whether you want to improve your English for work, business, travel, social situations, or simply feel more confident having conversations, I can help you develop the skills you need in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Business English, I focus on practical communication that you can actually use in the workplace. Lessons can include professional conversations, meetings, presentations, interviews, emails, customer communication, workplace vocabulary, pronunciation, and building confidence when speaking with colleagues or clients. I aim to make lessons relevant to your specific goals, industry, and level rather than simply following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Informal and Conversational English, we can focus on speaking naturally and comfortably. We can talk about everyday topics, hobbies, travel, culture, work, entertainment, current interests, or anything that helps you practise real-world English. I can help you expand your vocabulary, improve sentence structure and pronunciation, understand common expressions, and become more comfortable expressing yourself.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons according to your personality, goals, strengths, and areas where you need additional support. I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes because mistakes are a normal and important part of learning.
I also believe that English lessons should feel like a conversation rather than an exam.
