Hi my name is Rayaan and one of the main reasons I tutor, is simply because I love it! I'm currently studying at Loughborough University and outside of my academics, I enjoy playing sports and reading. Feel free to contact me for further enquiries. In my lessons, I prioritise a fully personalised approach to ensure each student’s unique needs and learning styles are addressed. I specialise in tutoring students from Year 5 to Year 11, focusing primarily on Maths and Chemistry. With over two years of in-person and online tutoring experience, I have developed a dynamic teaching style that is both engaging and effective.
My lessons are meticulously planned and structured, starting with an assessment of the student’s current level and identifying areas that need improvement. This helps me tailor my teaching strategies to suit individual learning paces and preferences. I believe in a step-by-step approach, breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts, which helps in building a strong foundation and boosts confidence.
Each session is interactive, encouraging students to actively participate and ask questions. I use a variety of teaching tools and resources, including visual aids, practical examples, and real-life applications, to make the content more relatable and easier to understand. This method not only enhances comprehension but also makes learning enjoyable.
Additionally, I have experience in preparing students for private school admissions, helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in entrance exams and interviews. My aim is to make each lesson a positive and rewarding experience, fostering a love for learning and helping students achieve their academic goals.
